
Backyard Cook-Off
Once again our backyard chefs fire up their grills to determine once and for all who is the King or Queen of the Grill. The food categories to be judged will be beef, chicken, and pork.

1st Place Overall: $500
1st Place (each category): $200
2nd Place (each category): $100
Best Booth: $25.00
Rules & Regulations:
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at 6:00 p.m.
All meats must be prepared on site (parboiling before arrival is allowed)
Meats will be judged on taste, cut, tenderness and appearance
Samples to the crowd are encouraged
Contestants are responsible for the removal of all ashes and debris
Electricity is not available
Equipment may not be removed until after midnight on Saturday unless carried
No vehicles allowed in the cooking area
Ice is available for purchase
