
Bench Press Competition
Test your strength and power against some of the region's strongest lifters in the 2nd annual Bench Press Competition hosted by Valhalla Fitness. There will be a surprise guest in attendance again this year. Don't miss out on the fun!
Trophies will be awarded for 1st through 5th place in each division (Men's Division - each weight class) and a best over-all award will be given.

Rules & Regulations:
Lifter's head, shoulders and buttocks must remain in contact with the bench during the press movement, and both feet must remain on the floor. Lifts will be touch & go and everyone will have three (3) lift attempts with a maximum of 3 minutes between each lift. Lifting equipment allowed fo all divisions except the "raw" division: bench shirts, wrist and elbow wraps, gloves, belts and chalk. Participants agree not to hold the owners or management responsible for any injury sustained while participating in this competition.
