Attention all non-profit organizations seeking a fundraising opportunity! We would like to invite you to participate in the International Bar-B-Q Festival in the Midway entertainment area.

Registration:

Fee: $65.00
The registration fee must be paid in advance by money order or cashier's check. No personal checks are accepted. No refunds are given after application and registration fee are received due to inclement weather. Please send all inquiries to

Water Supply
Rules & Regulations:
Setup
All setup must be done on Friday afternoon between 3:00 p.m. and when the streets are closed by Festival personnel. Booths are assigned and numbered prior to your arrival. Promptly remove vehicles from the Festival area to eliminate congestion. There are no designated parking areas for exhibitors.
Utilities
Water and electricity will be provided at the specific booth locations. Midway participants will be responsible for connecting to utilities in a manner that does not present a safety hazard to the participant or the general public
Security
Vendors are responsible for providing overnight security. You are welcome to stay with your booth or transfer items to your vehicle. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items.
Operations
The International Bar-B-Que Festival reserves the right to close booths that are operating in a manner contrary to the rules and regulations outlined in the participant agreement.
All of the proceeds must go to a non-profit entity. Each Midway participant shall issue a latter to the International Bar-B-Q Festival recognizing this fact.
If applicable, Midway participants must comply with the state Health Standards and will be thoroughly inspected for compliance by the County Board of Health prior to opening booths.
Participants must procure a gaming license if hosting a raffle.
Takedown
Midway participants are responsible for cleanliness of their assigned areas and removing all debris. Booths are to be closed and removed from the premises no later than 1:00 a.m. on the Sunday after the festival closes.
