Concessions Vendors
One of the things that make the International Bar-B-Q Festival great is the wonderful variety of food and drink. We invite all concessions vendors to apply for inclusion in the upcoming Festival. In order to apply, please mail your menu, photograph of your setup, electrical requirements and information about whether your business is non-profit or for-profit. Non-Profits must provide proof of their status.

The registration fee varies based on the type of vendor. Your International Bar-B-Q Festival representative will be able to provide further information.
Rules & Regulations:
All setup must be done on Friday afternoon between 3:00 p.m. and when the streets are closed by Festival personnel. Promptly remove vehicles from the Festival area to eliminate congestion. There are no designated parking areas for exhibitors. No golf carts, ATV’s or other type vehicles are allowed except for loading and unloading in the festival area.
